Welcome to International School of Wuxi High School!
I’m honored to serve as a Principal here. Our school is dedicated to nurturing globally-minded future leaders in various career fields, which means our High School team supports our students academically, physically, socially and emotionally, helping them reach their full potential.
We offer a wide range of Advanced Placement (AP) courses, both on-site and online, to enhance our students’ academic experience. Our High School athletes have the opportunity to compete in the Suzhou Youth Athletic Competition Athletics League, as well as LifePlus tournaments involving other international schools across China.
But that’s not all. We prioritize the development of every child’s social and emotional skills through daily advisory meetings, and we offer plenty of co-curricular activites beyond the classroom to encourage students to explore their interests and to develop their leadership skills.
It brings us great joy to see our students succeed, and to send them off to their dream colleges and universities knowing they have eveything they need to become exceptional leaders on a global scale.

Bringing the curriculum to life
Curriculum
Our specially designed curriculum provides holisticially balances every student’s development of concepts, skills and character. We focus on growing the whole child, addressing social, physical, emotional and cultural needs along with academic welfare. We teach in English, and offer additional support for those learning English as a second language.
Advanced Placement®
Our robust Advanced Placement (AP) program provides our students with opportunities to take university-level academic courses, and gives them an advantage when applying to top colleges and universities worldwide. Our students in Grades 9–12 are currently taking 14 different AP courses; either in-person here on campus, or through LifePlus Online Academy.
PSAT, SAT + ACT entrance exams
We provide Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT®), Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT®) and American College Test (ACT) entrance exams for students seeking college or university admission across the globe. We also have two College and Career Counselors on hand to work with students and help them make the best decisions about their future education.
Internship program
The internship program we run at International School of Wuxi gives junior and senior students alike the meaningful opportunities to develop their interpersonal and professional skills. Students themselves discover what they enjoy and where they excel, in turn making better-informed decisions in pursuit of their future career.
Co-curricular activities
Co-curricular activities at Wuxi are essential to education beyond the classroom. They
motivate learning, character building, physical growth and creativity—all the while developing confidence and leadership skills. Through their participation in teacher-led co-curricular activities, or by leading the activities themselves, our students demonstrate their commitment to excellence and ideals that help make a difference in the world.
