Mr. Schmit was born and raised in Columbus, Nebraska, in the United States of America. He graduated from UTI with a diploma in graphic Art and Design and Bellevue University with a Bachelor's in Leadership Development. He is also certified in TEFL. Mr. Schmit has 11 years of experience teaching in China. He has taught at all grade levels, from early education through adult learning. At ISW, he has been the IET teacher, ESL teacher, ESL director, and art teacher. His favorite part of working at ISW is seeing his students learn, love, and lead as they succeed.
